The current SC will convene a meeting with incoming SC to arrange the transfer of responsibilities. The incoming SC will decide on their assignment of positions (Coordinator, Treasurer and Secretary)

The current SC (John, Gus, Tom) asked the 1st place candidate Petrov and the three 2nd place candidates Erdman, Waldura and Cannon to accept or decline a position in the SC. Also, elected members were asked to pay up their USOA dues and/or sign their USOA waivers if accepting. Petrov, Erdman and Cannon accepted to conform the club SC for 2014. Waldura declined.

25 envelopes with ballots were processed

3 were discarded for lack of names (only scribbled signatures)

Of 22 properly named ballots, 12 corresponded to players that had not paid their USOA dues. Those ballots were discarded.

10 ballots were pooled and counted anonymously.
